a. Approve the City Council Minutes of February 6, 2001. <br /> <br />Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. (IR 01:006) <br />No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />Approve the Second Amendment to the Agreement to Implement the Alameda <br />Countywide Clean Water Program (SR 01:033) <br /> <br />Accept public improvements for reconstruction of Dublin Canyon <br />Hydropneumatic Pump Station, Project No. 971019; authorize the City Clerk to <br />file a Notice of Completion for the subject project; authorize final payment to <br />Little Electric in the amount of $7,120.19; and authorize payment of the retention <br />in the amount of $6,072.59 to Little Electric thirty days after filing the Notice of <br />Completion. (SR 01:036) <br /> <br />e. Accept transmittal of 1999-2000 Audit of Financial Transactions. (SR 01:034) <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution No. 01-013, amending the Operating Budget to reflect 1999-00 <br />carryovers previously approved by Council, to update beginning estimated fund <br />balances to actual fund balances, and to reflect budget amendments approved by <br />Council to date; and amending the Capital Improvement Program Budget to <br />reflect 1999-00 carryovers previously approved by Council, to update projected <br />beginning fund balances to actual fund balances, and to approve minor line item <br />expenditure changes. MEET1NG OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Kevin Kelly, Traffic Safety Consultant for AAA and the California State <br />Automobile Association, presented an award to the City of Pleasanton and members of <br />the Pleasanton Police Department for the School Traffic Calming Program. He also <br />described other traffic calming programs in the City. The AAA National Headquarters <br />have recognized the City of Pleasanton as one of its Silver Award winners for community <br />traffic safety for the year 2000. Only five cities in California have won similar awards. <br />A plaque was presented to Police Chief Tim Neal, Lieutenant Mark Senkle, Sergeant Eric <br />Finn, and Community Service Officer Lisa Mazzetti.
