Approve Monthly Disbursements, Investment Report, and COPS AB3229 <br />Expenditure Reports for December 2000, in the amount of $10,827,008.35. <br />(SR01:023) <br /> <br />Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission. (IR01:05) <br />No action was required or taken on this item. <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution No. 01-009, approving an allocation of $65,000 in federal <br />HOME funds to Allied Housing to provide continued rant subsidies for new <br />Pleasanton clients through the Tri-Valley Housing Scholarship Program in 2001. <br />(SR01:030) <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution No. 01-010, approving an allocation of $200,000 in federal <br />HOME funds to Allied Housing for the "I Street" housing project for low-income <br />families in Livermore subject to the following conditions: 1) The allocation of <br />$200,000 in federal HOME funds shall be contingent upon the timely <br />implementation of the project and commitment of funding from other sources; <br />2) The developer shall commit a minimum of two units to clients of the Tri- <br />Valley Housing Scholarship Program; and 3) The developer shall use its best <br />efforts to work with the City of Livermore to secure one to two units for tenants <br />coming from Pleasanton. (SR01:031) <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance No. 1824, approving the application of the City of Pleasanton <br />for PUD Development Plan Approval for an historic community park (Alviso <br />Adobe) as filed under Case PPUD-07. <br /> <br />Adopt Resolution No. 01-011, approving the abandonment of an access easement <br />within the Bernal Corporate Park Development. (SR01:026) <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Ayala, Campbell, Dermis, Michelotti, and Mayor Pico <br />NOES: Councilmember Dermis and Mayor Pico on item 4f <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />5. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Ms. Dermis read the commendation, which was then presented to the Foothill <br />High School Varsity Football Team for winning the 2000 North Coast Section Football <br />Championship. Head Coach Matt Sweeney introduced the players present at the meeting: <br />Chris Reeves, Matt Meyer, Mike Amerino, Ben Smith, Curtis Tuggle, Don Barks, Joel <br />Kretzinger, Eric Miller, Mike Lindholm, Kengsley Oji, and Pat Curran. Mr. Sweeney <br />said the players were unselfish and played with passion. They put the team before the <br />individual.
