CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br /> The regular meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Tom Pico <br />at 7:02 p.m. <br /> <br />Ms. Dennis led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br /> <br />2. ROLLCALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Matt Campbell, Becky Dennis, Sharrell <br />Michelotti and Mayor Tom Pico. Staff members present were: Deborah Acosta <br />McKeehan, City Manager; Michael Roush, City Attorney; Randall A. Lum, Director of <br />Public Works; Brian Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; Steven <br />Bocian, Deputy City Manager; and David Iremonger, Treasury Manager. <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />There were none. <br /> <br />4. CONSENTCALENDAR <br /> <br /> Howard Neely, 448 Amador Court, speaking with regard to item 4e, indicated his <br />desire to have a guarantee of including Pleasanton residents in the "I Street" housing <br />project in Livermore. If that is not guaranteed, he did not feel the City should authorize <br />the $200,000 in HOME funds for the project. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Miehelotti, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following <br />actions be taken: <br /> <br />a.
