MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti clarified that the traffm calming program adopted last week <br />included the least expensive plan for a one way entrance at Sauterne Way. She felt this <br />was equivalent to the second pilot program and expressed her concern about the <br />implications of doing this citywide. She said Mr. van Gelder indicated the program will <br />come before Council again and the financing of the program will be addressed at that <br />thne. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala requested a fullow-up survey regarding the traffic calming program on <br />Kmp Drive. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis indicated the analysis of the Siena Club initiative is available from <br />the Alameda Cotmty Registrar. <br /> <br />8. CITY COUNCIL CALENDAR <br /> <br />No action was required or taken. <br /> <br />9. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br /> Council adjourned to continue a closed session at 10:38 p.m. to discuss the Bemal <br />Avenue property and the management compensation plan. <br /> <br />10.
