Item 6d <br />PGPA-01/PRZ-02/PCUP-12/PDR-46, City of Pleasanton. <br />Application for approval to do the following: (1) General Plan amendment to <br />change the desituation of Parcel 1 (APN 941-1302-002-24l from Public and <br />Institutional to Parks and Recreation: ¢2) rezonin~, of Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 <br />('APN 941-1302-005-02) from Agricultural to Public and Institutional; I;3) issue a <br />conditional use permit for a park which is conditionalIv permitted in the Public and <br />Institutional district~ and (4) desiltn review of the l}roposed Val Vista Park <br />renovation and expansion on Parcels 1 and 2 located at 6701 Pavne Road <br />(SR 00:200) <br /> <br />This item was discussed earlier. <br /> <br />Item 6e <br />PAP-05, (SPA-99-01/PUD-99-16h Paul Fagliano <br />Appeal of the Planning Commission's decision to deny an application to amend the <br />Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan and Planned Unit Development zoning <br />proposal to allow for a transfer of one future home site from Lot 22 to Lot 31 and <br />the addition of one lot home site on Lot 30. <br />Also consider the Negative Declaration prepared for the proiect. <br /> <br />This item ltas been continued indefinitely. <br /> <br />Item 6f <br />Oral update and discussion on the status of Greenbriar's proposed project for the <br />San Francisco Bernal Avenue properP/. <br /> <br /> Patrick Costanzo, Jr., Senior Vice President ofGreenbriar Ilomes, indicated since <br />the last joint session with the City Council, there has been a meeting with the Planning <br />Commission. At that meeting, the architecture was studiedl with detailed emphasis on <br />the residential neighborhoods. The next step involved review of alternative commercial <br />designs which had been requested at previous meetings. The Planning Commission <br />reviewed the new designs and selected one it liked. <br /> <br /> Todd Duel, MBH Architects, described the new designs lbr commercial <br />buildings, which placed more emphasis on the use of bricks as suggested by a Plarming <br />Commissioner. The site plan is the same. There are still eight buildings (90,000 sq. It. <br />each, totaling 750,000 sq. f~.) which are four stories high.
