148 <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pie. o, and seconded by Ms. Dennis, designating the Steering <br />Committee as the Ridgelands Review Committee for purposes of reviewing the draft Ple~anton- <br />Hayward agraement/General Plan for the pln~anWn Ridgelends. <br /> <br />The roll eall vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner end Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: Nor~ <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mr. Pien, and seconded by Mayor Tarvex, directing staff to do all that <br />is reasonably feasible to aP, empt a parallel process between the Planning Commission and the <br />Genesni Plan Steering Committee, to facilitate a ballot measure in November. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers I~nnis, Mohr, Pico and Mayor Tarvet <br />NOES: Councilmember Sc~bner <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Wastewater Canacilv Repurchase Program (IR93:66) <br /> <br /> Mr. Elliott presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Ms. Dennis asked if this was going to be sewer capacity without water availability. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift replied that if there was another sewage expansion the City will run out of <br />sewage capacity before running out of water. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver asked for clarification of how the City has been charging the tents. <br /> Ms. Acosta explained where the monies are placed end distributed from, <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift reinted the refunding process. <br /> <br /> There was eonsidentble discussion on the refunding of these monies, and why the staff <br />recommends this refund, and the funds the monies would be distributed from. <br /> <br /> Mr. Pico believed that the City has other options ruther than refund these tenants at this <br />time.
