Mr. Swift answered that mailings <br />were being sent to Castro Valley, Sunol and surrounding areas and the public is being noticed <br />through the newspapers. <br /> <br /> Ms. Scfibner suggested using box ads to notify the public of the meetings because of the <br />timing. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarper suggested that the deadline be July 30. This would enable Council to take <br />aeilon. Mayor Tarper was concerned that the Committee will need more time.
