going to do "y." fie doesn't think that is good govemment, and he does not support the <br />recommendation. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Michelotti commented that the Council has heard from the <br />liaison committee and appreciates the eflbrts in trying to get all points of Pleasanton's <br />position before we have to address this, but they have done this in good faith and she <br />compthnented them on that. In this agreement it says that future concerns regarding RO <br />injection will be addressed and she hopes to a satisfactory conclusion. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilmember Ayala, seconded by Commissioner <br />Miehelotti, to (1) approve the Financing Implementation Agreement with <br />amendment to Section 2 (d) to add "for the Wastewater Treatment Plant"; (2) <br />approve the Recommendations Regarding Four Points of Tentative Agreement <br />between the City and DSRSD dated April 4, 2000 except for the disposition of <br />surplus funds to be determined later; (3) direct staff to work with DSRSD to develop <br />the following agreements with the goal of having them completed with the <br />LAVWMA financing: a) an agreement which addresses the City's concerns <br />regarding RO injection; b) an agreement which reflects the Recommendations <br />Regarding Four Points of Tentative Agreement between the City and DSRSD dated <br />April 4, 2000 except for the disposition of surplus funds to be determined later; c) a <br />Second Supplemental Agreement to provide for equal capacity allocation in the <br />Treatment Plant and LAVWMA facilities, with an interim eapaelty provision. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as thllows: <br />AYES: Councilmember Ayala, Dennis, Michelotti and Pico <br />NOES: Mayor Tarvet <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6f <br />ReQuest of Mark and Jnlie Hobson to eliminate the leologic setback line on Parcel <br />A, Parcel Mao 7084 (Oak Tree Farm).
