Soil tests were conducted and reviewed; also consulted was a grading contractor. These people assured Mr. McColm that the lot is a buildable lot and it is as stable as any of the other lots already built on. The grading plan has a slope to provide drainage on the lot that will provide a sali~r and stronger slope when completed. Mark Hobson, 1225 Culet Ranch Road, Danville, 94506, explained that he is the present owner of the lot and asked that the City Council follow the recommendations in the staff report and remove the setback line.
