Lum presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver asked about the supplemental EIR process and City Attorney <br />Michael Roush replied that the EIR has been circulated to all of the necessary State <br />agencies. <br /> <br /> Larry McColm. 5700 Stoneridge Mall Road, #380, who along with his wil~, arc <br />the buyer of the Parcel A, have met with a soil engineer and geotechnical consultant. <br />Soil tests were conducted and reviewed; also consulted was a grading contractor. These <br />people assured Mr. McColm that the lot is a buildable lot and it is as stable as any of the <br />other lots already built on.
