Lum presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver asked about the supplemental EIR process and City Attorney <br />Michael Roush replied that the EIR has been circulated to all of the necessary State <br />agencies. <br /> <br /> Larry McColm. 5700 Stoneridge Mall Road, #380, who along with his wil~, arc <br />the buyer of the Parcel A, have met with a soil engineer and geotechnical consultant. <br />Soil tests were conducted and reviewed; also consulted was a grading contractor. These <br />people assured Mr. McColm that the lot is a buildable lot and it is as stable as any of the <br />other lots already built on. The grading plan has a slope to provide drainage on the lot <br />that will provide a sali~r and stronger slope when completed. <br /> <br /> Mark Hobson, 1225 Culet Ranch Road, Danville, 94506, explained that he is the <br />present owner of the lot and asked that the City Council follow the recommendations in <br />the staff report and remove the setback line. <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 13 06/06/00 <br />Minutes <br /> <br /> <br />
