<br /> Mayor Tarver voted no on item 4h because he did not believe enough fees were
<br />being collected to mitigate the traffic, on item 4k because he felt it would damage the
<br />ridgelands and on item 4m because it was another modification to a PUD, which he
<br />objected to.
