MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Bob Nickeson, 4260 Pleasanton Avenue, asked for a status report on the San <br />Francisco Bernal Avenue property. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated the City of San Francisco has released an amendment to its <br />request for proposals to the original twelve bidders for the property. h has indicated <br />selection will be based on the quality of the bidder, price and potential for acceptance of <br />the development proposal by the citizens of Pleasanton. There is a pre-bid meeting to be <br />held on May 8, 2000, 2:00 p.m. in the Pleasanton City Council Chambers. After a bidder <br />is selected near the end of May, the successful bidder will commence working with the <br />City of Pleasanton staft~ <br /> <br />There were no further speakers. <br /> <br />6.
