2. ROLL CALL City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti, Thomas P. Pico, Jr. and Mayor Ben Tarver. Staff members present were Deborah Acosta, City Manager; Michael Roush, City Attorney; Brian W. Swift, Director of Planning and Community Development; Randall A. Lure, Director of Public Works; and Stewart Gary, Fire Chief. 3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS Item 6a, PAP-05, (SPA-99-01/PUD-99-16), Paul Fagliano, was continued at the appellant's request to May 16, 2000. Ms. Dennis requested continuing item 4d, the final map for Tract 7156, Ruby Hill, to the May 2, 2000 meeting. She had questions regarding the tiger salamander habitat. Mayor Tarver requested item 4e, the waiver of lower income housing fees for the Nolan Farms project, be moved to item 6h. 4. CONSENTCALENDAR It was moved by Ms. Dennis, seconded by Ms. Ayala, that the following actions be taken: a. Approve City Council Minutes for 4/04/00. Approve the plans and specifications for Project No. 971019, the reconstruction of Dublin Canyon hydropneumatic pump station; review the bids and award the contract for the project to Little Electric for a low bid of$116,400; approve the contract, in the amount of $19,500, with G. S. Dodson & Associates to provide specialty construction inspection services for the subject project; authorize the City Manager to enter into the above contracts; and approve the transfer of $36,843 in Water Expansion Funds to the subject project. (SR 00:105) Approve the plans and specifications for Amador Valley Community Park pathway replacement, Project No. 987039; review the bids and award the contract to Bellicitti & Pellicciotti Construction Company, Inc. for a low bid of $65,520.00; and authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract for this project.
