AGENDA AMENDMENTS Ms. Acosta reminded Council of the two addenda to the agenda adding item 4k, the elections restfits of the 3/7/00 special election, adding the appeal of Ed Churka and adding the recommendations from the Alameda County Waste Management regarding the use of a local task force. In addition, Item 4i, the Commission appointments, is continued to April 18, 2000 and staff has requested that Item 6b, the Stoneridge Regional Shopping Center Development Agreement Amendment, be continued. Mr. Pico requested that the public heating be opened and public testimony taken on item 6c, the West Foothill Road Corridor Overlay District amendments, but that the Council decision be continued on the item to allow further review of the material and await a decision on a related item before the Planning Commission. After further discussion, it was believed the item would be on the agenda in May. 4. CONSENTCALENDAR It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, seconded by Ms. Dennis, that the following actions be taken: a. Approve City Council Minutes for 3/21/00. b. Proclaim April 10-14, 2000 as the "Week of the Young Child" in Pleasanton. c. Proclaim June 2000 as "Scleroderma Awareness Month" in Pleasanton. Approve claims for the month of February 2000 in the amount of $ 11,040,141.21, investments, and COPS AB 3229 expenditures report for February 2000. (SR 00:089) Adopt Resolution No. 00-031, expressing support for the extension of BART service to Livermore and requesting that the BART Board place this matter on its agenda for discussion; and approve the draft letter to Assemblyman Torlakson which requests support for funding of high priority projects listed in the Tri- Valley Expenditure Plan. (SR 00:092) Accept the improvements to Creekside Park; authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the project; and authorize final payment to Goodland Landscape Construction, Inc. in the amount of $3,139.00.
