It was moved by Ms. Michelotti, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to continue the <br />matter to discuss with the applicant the following modifications: traffic <br />improvements should be done all at once; visual studies should be done for whatever <br />application comes forward and that those be done to address community concerns <br />about particular viewsheds; encourage structured parking where it can be visually <br />mitigated in order to preserve open space; add a benchmark to the transportation <br />systems management program so that if an intersection approaches an unacceptable <br />level of service that the tenant/employer address an intensified traffic management <br />program for the site; that there be no building around the lake; accept the offer of <br />an amount equal to the affordable housing fee to be programmed by the City for <br />either a park within the neighborhood impacted by the project or for affordable <br />housing elsewhere; and reduce the maximum square footage. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers- Ayala, Dennis, and Michelotti <br />NOES: Councilmember Pico and Mayor Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 6b <br />PAP-05 (SPA-99-01/PUD-99-16), Paul Fa~,liano <br />Appeal of the Plannina Commission's decision to deny an application to amend the <br />Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan and Planned Unit Development zonina <br />Dronosal to allow for a transfer of one future home site from Lot 22 to Lot 31 and <br />the addition of one lot home site on Lot 30. <br /> (SR00:082) <br /> <br />This item was continued to April 18, 2000. <br /> <br />Item 6c <br />Postponement of the Happy Valley Annexation election and status of permits for the <br />~,olf course project.
