Mayor Tarver suggested that an exact list of issues be prepared with more <br />specificity. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Mayor Tarver, seconded by Ms. Ayala, to approve the staff <br />recommendations with direction to staff to draft a set of conditions relative to the <br />neighbors' concerns that Greenbriar must resolve before it can obtain any of its 49 <br />building permits. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Ayala, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: Councilmember Michelotti <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Dennis <br />ABSTAiN: None <br /> <br /> Ms. Michelotti wanted the record to show that her vote against the growth <br />management was because the condition on Greenbriar. There was not an adequate list of <br />concems. She believed this was micromanaging. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COUNCIL <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver requested staff to consider a demand signal for pedestrians to cross <br />First Street at Kottinger. <br /> <br /> Mr. Lure indicated staff had planned to bring it before Council within the next <br />couple of months. <br /> <br /> Mayor Tarver announced that the NRC will be holding a meeting at the Library <br />on February 24 to discuss the G.E. plant.
