(SR 00:028) Accept public improvements for resurfacing of various City streets, Project No. 985003RS; authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion for the subject project; authorize final payment to McOuire and Hes~ in the amount of $6,319.00; and authorize payment of the retention in the amount of $23,840.13 to McGuire and Hester thirty days after filing the Notice of Completion.
