CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Tarvet at 7:13 p.m. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ayala led the assembly in the pledge Of allegiance. She reminded everyone <br />that Febnmry Tis the deadline to mgister to vote in the Man:h T, 2000 eleclion. The bond <br />measure for the purchase of the San ]:rancisco Bemal Avenue property is on that ballot <br />She indicated a Question and Answer fact sheet is available at city offices and at the <br />library. In addition, there is a QuestiOn and Answer fact sheet prepared in t,~sponse to <br />questions by the Chamber of Commerce. <br /> <br />2.
