The City Manager reported that the appeal of Interstate Nuclear Services <br />(AP-94-9/UP-94-60) had been withdrawn. <br /> <br />Corp. <br /> <br />4. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Dennis, that the following actions be taken <br />on the Consent Calendar: <br /> <br /> a. Approve the City Council Minutes for October 18, 1994, as amended. <br /> <br /> b. Approve the monthly disbursements and investments report for September 1994, <br /> (SR 94:363) <br /> <br /> c. Accept the Traffic Committee Minutes for October 6, 1994. (IR 94:65) <br /> <br /> d. Adopt Resolution No. 94-128, approving Program Supplement No. 042 to the <br /> Local Agency-State Agreement for Federal Aid Project No. 04-5101 for Bernal <br /> Avenue Bridge painting, Project No. 895021. (SR 94:360) <br /> <br /> e. This item was continued to November 15, 1994. <br /> <br /> f. Approve plans and specifications and award a contract to Union Electric <br /> Construction for the Zone 7 Turnout No. 5 Fluoride Building in the amount of <br /> $95,000, and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract. (SR 94:369) <br /> <br /> g.
