He <br />was in favor of preserving the growth managemere allocation and hoped the School District <br />could come forward with a tentative map soon. <br /> <br /> Mr. Roush clarified that the 46 units from Case Avenue would not automatically roll over <br />to 1995. At the six month review, Council would have to determine if there was room. <br /> <br /> Ms. Mohr asked if there was a provision that would allow the City to determine this <br />project as valuable and grant them sixty days grace to keep their allocation for this year. <br /> <br /> Ms. Acosta indicated this project is important enough that staff will make sure the <br />building permits will be pulled this year. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to adopt Resolution No. 94-122, <br />approving tl',e revised reallocation schedules shown in Table 1 of SR 94:354 and authorizing the <br />City Manager to approve amendments to the respective Growth Management agreements in <br />accordance with these schedules. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Scfibner <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />No action was taken to change the rules relating to custom lots. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Dennis, to adopt Resolution No. 94-123, <br />approving the draft agreement reserving room in the Growth Management Program for 102 units <br />in 1998 and 102 units in 1999 for the Pleasanton School District North Sycamore Properties. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis.
