Adopt Ordinance No. 1637, an ordinance approving the application of Prudential <br />Insurance for a major modification to modify conditions of approval of Ordinance <br />No. 1596, as filed under Case PUD-81-30-29M. <br /> <br />Adopt Ordinance No. 1638, an ordinance approving modifications to the First <br />Amendment to the Phase I and Phase II Development Agreements between the <br />City of Plea~anton and Prudential Insurance Company governing Hacienda <br />Business Park. <br /> <br />Approve a loan for sewer connection fee for the Cafe Reveilion restaurant at 436 <br />Main Street. (SR 94:330) <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers Dennis, Mohr, Pico, Scribner, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: Mayor Tarver on items 4e, 4f, and 4h <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />5. MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br /> Ben Felix requested that the agenda be changed to indicate pledge of allegiance rother <br />than pledge to the flag. <br /> <br /> James Miller, 3633 Camelot Court, was opposed to the Color Tile application and its use <br />of the fire lane for delivery trucks. He requested that this area be gated and pointed out that <br />vagrants were using the area. <br /> <br /> Mr. Swift indicated there was no condition requiring gates in this area and further <br />explained that the easement was for access to a storm drain, not a fire lane. <br /> <br />MATTERS CONTINUED OF DECISION <br />There were none. <br /> <br />09/20/94 <br /> - 3 - <br /> <br /> <br />
