It was moved by Ms. Mohr, seconded by Ms. Dennis, that Resolution No. 94-104 be <br />adopted, appmving the application of the City of Pleasanton for a General Plan amendment to <br />clarify traffic study requirements as they related to site specific traffic studies for major <br />developments which have the potential to exceed the Level of Service (LOS) designation of "D" , <br />as filed under Case GP-94-01. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Scribner <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Item 7c <br />PUD-81-30-29M/PUD-85-8-11M. Prudential Insurance Companv of America <br />Application for PUD major modification to the governing Hacienda Business Park PUD to: <br />1) modifv lhe site development standards contained within Table B-1 of the Park's Design <br />Guidelines to increase the flexibility of the buildin~ type constructed on any lot and to <br />reduce the off-street parking requirements: and 2)to modify the existin~ amended <br />development A~reement to add Lot 1F (one acre) to the exhibit to the Agreement. <br />(SR 94:307) <br /> <br />Brian Swift presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Mr. Tarver declared the public hearing open on the application. <br /> <br /> Phil Sasso, 105 Fiesta Circle, Offnan, attorney for Prudential, complimented staff for the <br />report. He indicated that if Council is concerned about the 6055 F.A.R., it still has the ability <br />to disallow any application for a warehouse if it did not like the location. <br /> <br />There being no further testimony, the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br /> It was moved by Ms. Mob. r, seconded by Ms. Dennis, that Resolution No. 94-I05 be <br />adopted, based on a review of an initial environmental impact study done for this project and <br />on a finding that no significant environmental impact would occur as outlined in the City's <br />guidelines and on a further finding that a negative declaration is appropriate in connection with <br />Case PUD-81-30-29M/PUD-85-8-11M; and makes a further fmding that the project will have <br />a de minimis impact on wildlife. <br /> <br />The roll cajl vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Dennis, Mohr, Pico, and Mayor Tarver <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmember Scribner <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />09/06/94 <br /> - 7 - <br /> <br /> <br />
