MINUTES <br /> OF THE <br /> MEETING OF <br />THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />November 2, 1999 <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Tarver at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> Councilmember Pico led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. He <br />reminded everyone that the polls are open for another hour and encouraged <br />citizens to exercise their rights to vote. He expressed condolences on behalf of the <br />City Council to the family of former Councilmember Walt Wood. Mr. Wood was <br />instrumental in the getting the Council Chambers constructed. <br /> <br />2. ROLL CALL <br /> <br /> City Clerk Peggy Ezidro called the roll, which is recorded as follows: <br />Councilmembers present were Kay Ayala, Becky Dennis, Sharrell Michelotti, <br />Thomas P. Pico, Jr., and Mayor Ben Tarver. Staff members present were Deborah <br />Acosta, City Manager; Michael Roush, City Attorney, Brian W. Swift. Director of <br />Planning and Community Development; and Randall A. Lum, Director of Public <br />Works. <br /> <br />3. AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />Item 4a, Minutes of 10/19/99, has been moved to 11/9/99. <br /> <br /> Item 4c, Consultant Inspection Services for Bridle Creek Reservoir and water <br />pump station, Tract 6982, has been moved to 12/7/99. <br /> <br /> A request was made by Wayne Hahner to continue the Financing Program for the <br />Vineyard Avenue Corridor. <br /> <br /> A request was made by the attorneys representing Alex Spotomo to continue <br />indefinitely the City Council review of the Spotomo house plan and Mr. Spotomo's <br />application to the County. <br /> <br />Pleasanton City Council 1 <br />Minutes <br /> <br />11/02/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
