<br /> CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO FlAG
<br /> Mayor Bernard Getton called the Regular Meeting of the City Council to order
<br /> at 8:00 P.M., and then led the pledge of allegiance to the flag.
<br />
<br /> ROLL CALL
<br /> City Clerk Helen McCarty called the roll which is recorded as follows:
<br /> Councilmen Beratlis, Rega, Reid, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Getton were present.
<br /> Mr. Fales, City Manager, Mr. Edgar, Assistant City Manager, Mr. Hirst, City
<br /> Attorney, and Mr. Campbell, Director of Public Works, were present. Mr. Castro,
<br /> Director of Planning, was absent.
<br />
<br /> AGENDAAMENDMENTS
<br /> There were no amendments to the agenda.
<br />
<br /> CONSENT CALENDAR
<br /> It was moved by Councilman Spiliotopoulos and seconded by Councilman Rega
<br /> that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, be approved.
<br />
<br />1. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-142, approving the Final Subdivision Map and
<br /> Improvement Plans in Tract No. 3095, Pleasanton Valley, Unit No. 16.
<br />
<br />2. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-143, accepting the completion of the demolition
<br /> on the site of the Amador Community Park and authorizing final payment of
<br /> $6,980.00 to Sherman Garland.
<br />
<br />3. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-144, authorizing progress payment No. 8, in the
<br /> amount of $25,414.48 to Western Empire Construction Company for work completed
<br /> on the Pleasanton Main Fire Station.
<br />
<br />4. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-145, granting a one year time extension ou the
<br /> Tentative Subdivision Map, Tract No. 2896, Stoneridge.
<br />
<br />5. Approval of the May, 1969, Claim Warrants in the amount of $71,994.96.
<br />
<br />6. Accepting with regret the resignation of William Niepoth, Recreation and
<br /> Parks Commissioner.
<br />
<br />7. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-146, rescinding the action which set a public
<br /> hearing for Annexation No. 59, Meadowlark Dairy property.
<br />
<br />8. Setting the public hearing at 8:00 P.M., on July 14, 1969,on the application
<br /> of D&V Builders, Inc., to fezone from the Agricultural District to the RM-2500
<br /> (Multiple Family) District, that property generally located east of Hopyard
<br /> Road and south of the Del Valle Parkway, containing 22.7? gross acres.
<br />
