<br /> Mayor Bernard Getton called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council
<br /> to order at 8:00 P.M., and then led the pledge of allegiance to the flag.

<br /> City Clerk Helen McCarty called the roll which is recorded as follows:
<br />Councilmen Beratlis, Rega, Reid, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Getton were present.
<br />Mr. Fales, City Manager, Mr. Edgar, Assistant City Manager, Mr. Hirst, City
<br />Attorney, Mr. Campbell, Director of Public Works, and Mr. Castro, Director of
<br /> Planning, were present.

<br /> Councilman Reid requested that the waiving of the reading and adoption of
<br /> Ordinance No. 555, amending Ordinance No. 526, applying Vehicle Code provisions
<br /> to certain private or undedicated streets within the City, be removed from the
<br /> Consent Calendar and be discussed under Reports of the City Attorney.
<br />
<br /> CONSENT CALENE~
<br /> It was moved by Councilman Beratlis and seconded by Councilman Reid that the
<br /> following items on the Consent Calendar be approved.
<br />
<br />1. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-108, approving the Final Subdivision Map and
<br /> Improvement Plans for Tract No. 3034, Fairlauds, Unit No. 5.
<br />
<br />2. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-109, approving the Final Subdivision Map and
<br /> Improvement Plans for Tract No. 3035, Fairlands, Unit No. 6.
<br />
<br />3. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-110, approving the Final Subdivision Map and
<br /> Improvement Plans for Tract No. 3090, Arroyo del Prado, Unit No. 4.
<br />
<br />4. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-111, approving the Final Subdivision Map and
<br /> Improvement Plans for Tract No. 3091, Arroyo del Prado, Unit No. 5.
<br />
<br />5. Approving April, 1969, Claim Warrants in the amount of $100,234.83.
<br />
<br />6. Scheduling a Public Hearing at 8:00 P.M., on June 2, 1969, on the Application
<br /> of Amador Valley Investors to amend existing P.U.D. 69-1 to apply final zoning
<br /> to an RM-15 District for that property located north of West Las Positas Blvd.,
<br /> and west of Fairlands Drive fronting on Fairlands Drive, containing approxi-
<br /> mately 21.1 acres.
<br />
<br />7. Waiving of the reading of Ordinance No. 556, amending Ordinance No. 439, Park
<br /> Dedication Ordinance, increasing the park fees required in lieu of land.
<br />
<br />8. Adoption of Ordinance No. 556, amending Ordinance No. 439, Park Dedication
<br /> Ordinance.

<br />9. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-112, awarding the contract for the demolition
<br />of buildings in Amador Valley Community Park to Mr. Sherman Garland for
<br /> $6,980. oo.
<br />
<br />10. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-113, authorizing payment in the amount of
<br /> $8,968.56 to Asphalt Surfacing Company for the paving of walkways within
<br /> Kottinger Park.
<br />
