<br /> ~Dplication of Dr. H.. F_. ~gn~ fRr Establishment of a.S.pecial Assessment District
<br /> for Tract No. 2892 (Lon~vie=.) under ResolutiOn No. 69-57
<br /> Mr. Fales reviewed his report, dated May 9, 1969, in which he recommended that
<br /> the above application of Dr. H. F. Long be approved.
<br /> It was moved by Councilman Reid and seconded by Councilman Beratlis that Resolu-
<br /> tion No. 69-100, approving the application of Dr. H. F. Long for a special assess-
<br /> ment district under the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 and the Improvement Bond
<br /> Act of 1915 for the purpose of installing public improvements in Tract No. 2892,
<br /> subject to the conditions required by Resolution No. 69-57 and to the condition
<br /> that the total amount of said district shall not exceed $260,000.00, be adopted.

<br /> Resolution No. 69-101, approving the Boundary Map of Assessment District No. 69-1,
<br /> Longview, be adopted.

<br /> Resolution No. 69-102, a resolution of preliminary determination to undertake
<br /> special assessment proceedings for the construction of improvements in Assessment
<br /> District No. 69-1, Longview, be adopted.

<br /> Resolution No. 69-103, Appointing the Engineer of Work and authorizing execution
<br /> of the Agreement, be adopted.
