<br />CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO FlAG
<br />Vice-Mayor George Spiliotopoulos called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the
<br />City Council to order at 8:00 P.M., and then led the pledge of allegiance to the
<br />flag.

<br />City Clerk Helen McCarty called the roll which is recorded as follows:
<br />Councilmen Beratlis, Rega, Reid and Vice-Mayor Spiliotopoulos were present. Mayor
<br />Gerton was absent. Mr. Edgar, Assistant City Manager. Mr. Hirst. City Attorney.
<br />and Mr. Campbell. Director of Public Works, were present. Mr. Fales, City Manager,
<br />and Mr. Castro, Director of Planning, were absent.

<br />AQENDA Al-mNDMENTS
<br />Mr. Hirst requested that an item concern~ng Annexation No. 37. Golden Eagle
<br />Annex, be added to the agenda under Reports of the City Attorney.
<br />
<br />Councilman Reid suggested that the meeting be opened to the public after the
<br />approval of the Consent Calendar, in order to allow members of the audience in-
<br />volved in the sidewalk situation in Unit 1, Valley Trails, to discuss this matter.

<br />CONSENl' CALENDAR
<br />It was moved by Councilman Beratlis and seconded by Councilman Reid that the
<br />following items listed on the Consent Calendar, be approved:
<br />
<br />a. Waiving of the reading of Ordinance No. 574, amending Ordinance No. 520, re-
<br />zoning from the I-G-3ac. District to the I-G-40,OOO District, that parcel of
<br />land described as a portion of Parcel 1-6. Assessor's Map Book 941, Block
<br />1200, a portion of Parcel 2-7, Assessor's Map Book 941, Block 1220. and a
<br />portion of Parcel 1-4, Assessor's Map Book 941, Block 1300, and containing
<br />approximately 32 acres.

<br />b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 574.
<br />
<br />c. Waiving of the reading of Ordinance No. 575, amending Ordinance No. 520, re-
<br />zoning from the R-1-6500, Single Family Residential, to the 0, Office District.

<br />d. Adoption of Ordinance No. 575.

<br />e. Waiving of the reading of Ordinance No. 576, amending Ordinance No. 520, re-
<br />zoning those properties known as 1162 and 1166 Division Street, from the
<br />R-1-6500, Single Family Residential District, to the RM-1500. Multiple-Family
<br />District,

<br />f. Adoption of Ordinance No. 576.

<br />g. Setting the Public Hearing on the application of Stoneson Development Corpo~a-
<br />tion to rezone from the R-1-6500, Single Family Residential District. to tha
<br />P.U.D., Planned Unit Development District, that portion of land described as
<br />Parcel 1-9, Assessor's Map Book 941. Block 1050, and Parcel 4-2. Assessor's
<br />Map Book 941, containing approximately ~O acres, at 8:00 P.Mo, on Octcbar 20,
<br />1969 .

<br />h. Setting the Public Hearing on the application of the Planning Commission for an
<br />amendment to Section 2.112 of Zoning Ordinance No. 520, regarding frontyarcl
<br />s~tback for storage of vehicles, other than automobiles, at 8:00 P.M., on
<br />Oc~ober 20, 1969.

<br />i. Setting the Public Hearing on the report of the Planning Commission regarding
<br />the assignment of zoning districts for the property encompassed by Anne:~al'i_oii
<br />No. 49, at 8:00 P.M., on October 20, 1969.
