AMENDMENTS -.';rMr~: Fales requested that items 4g and. 4h. pertaining to the adoption of Ordi- :n~nCe'No. 573, be deleted from the Consent Calendar and be continued until the Council Meeting of October 13, 1969. Mr. Fales also requested that an item pertaining to the fixing of assessments on Adams Way. be added to the Reports of the City Manager. Councilman Rega requested that item 4i be deleted from the Consent Calendar as he intended to abstain from voting on this matter because of his conflict of interest. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Councilman Reid and seconded by Councilman Beratlis that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar be approved: a. Waiving the reading of Ordinance No. 567. amending Section 2.102, Ordinance No. 520. relating to frontyard setbacks. b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 567. c. Waiving the reading of Ordinance No. 568. amending Article 13. Ordinance No. 520, relating to Planned Unit Developments. d. Adoption of Ordinance No. 568. e. Waiving the reading of Ordinance No. 572, amending Section 17.l08(d). Article 17. Ordinance No. 520. relating to the signing of areas proposed for use as multiple dwelling developments. f. Adoption of Ordinance No. 572. j. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-219, accepting the Public Improvements in Adams Way Extension and authorizing a final progress payment in the amount of $480.73 to A. Teichert & Sons. Inc.. for completion of the project. k. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-220. accepting the Public Improvements in the Sunol Boulevard widening project. 1. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-221, approving the specifications and calling for bids at 4:00 P.M.. on October 3, 1969. on one truck mounted hi-velocity pipe cleaning machine. m. Scheduling a Public Hearing for 8:00 P.M.. on September 22, 1969. on the application of Reynold C. Johnson Company to rezone from the I-G-3ac. District to the I-G-40,000 District, that parcel of land described as a portion of Parcel 1-6, Assessor's Map Book 941. Block 1200, a portion of Parcel 2-7, Assessor's Map Book 941.
