He indicated that for that reason and because of the lack of per- <br />~nnel, his department was unable to provide full-time attention to over-parking <br />..:1 Pleasanton. He advised the Council that he had requested civilian personnel for <br />ihis purpose, but his request had been denied because of financial reasons. Chief <br />,,-:Cloud also adv:l.sed the Council that even though there was a lack of personnel in <br />cis department. he was still making every effort to control the parking situation. <br />The Counci1m(~n thanked Chief McCloud for his report. <br /> <br />V:1tters for the Information of the Council <br />Mr. Edgar st.ated that copies of a new policy on travel reimbursement have been <br />forwarded to the Councilmen. <br /> <br />r~p.OB':'::; OF THE CITY ATTORNEY <br />.:;2-:~I.2~an Ordinance ~amending Ord.
