SPECIAL REPORTS <br /> ,JUdge William Gale, representing the Industrial Committee of the Chamber of <br /> Ccmmerce, presented each member of the Council a packet of brochures regarding <br /> Industrial Development in Pleasanton. Judge Gale explained that it included, <br /> among g~neral information necessary to prospective developers, portions of the <br /> zoning ordinance pertinent to developing. Mayor Getton thanked Judge Gale and <br /> .... Mr. John Edmonds and stated that he felt it would aid and entice industrial <br /> developers to develop in Pleasanton. Judge Gale commended the City staff for <br /> their assistance in preparing this report. <br /> <br /> PUBLIC H~RINGS <br /> ~Dplication of the Planning Commission for an amendment to Section ~.102.~ Ord. No. <br /> ~52_0., relating to front-yard setbacks <br /> Mayor Gerton declared the above public hearing open. <br /> Mr. Castro outlined this application and reviewed the report of the City <br /> Attorney regarding setback requirements, dated June 27, 1969. <br /> It was moved by Councilman Reid and seconded by Councilman Spiliotopoulos that, <br /> because of the absence of Councilmen Beratlis and Rega, that the public hearing on <br /> ~;~.e above matter be continued until August 18, 1969, and that the public hearings <br />~.~ on the applications of the Planning Commission relating to Planned Unit Development <br />OO and to Temporary Uses also be heard on that date. <br />~ The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> L.) AYES;; Councilmen Reid, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Certon <br /> L.)
