<br /> Hayor Bernard Getton called the Regular Hooting of the City Council to order
<br />at 8:00 P.H., and then led the pledge of allegiance to the flag.

<br />ROLL CALL
<br /> City Clerk Helen NcCarty called the roll which is recorded as follows:
<br />Councilmen Betaills, HeRa, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Getton were present. Council-
<br />man Keid was absent. Hr. Fales, City Manager, Hr. Edgar, Assistant City Hanager,
<br />Hr. Hirst, City Attorney, and Hr. Sooby, Associate Civil Engineer, were present.
<br />Mr. Campbell, Director of Public Works, and Hr. Castro, Director of Planning, were
<br />absent.

<br /> Mr. Fales requested that the public hearing on the application of Falendar
<br />Homes for an axnendment to Ordinance No, 520, applying final zoning district
<br />boundaries consistent with the final develol~ent plan be held on August 18, 1969,
<br />as listed on the Consent Calendar.
<br />
<br /> Mr, Fales also requested that the matter of reviewing the sub-lease agreement
<br />for the Corral Drive-In, appearing under Reports of the City Manager, be post-
<br />poned until August 4, 1969,

<br />that the follodng items listed on the Consent C, ale~ar, be approved:

<br />1. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-176, approving the Freeway Mainreliance Agreement
<br /> with the State of California for the Hopyard Road ~ercrossing.
<br />
<br />2. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-177, aleroving the pa3nnent in the amount of
<br /> $3,879.36 to Cro~n Chevrolet for the purchase of two Police Patrol cars.
<br />
<br />3. Scheduling a public hearing for August 11, 1969, on the application of
<br /> Falendar Homes [or an aJnenc!ment to Ordinance No. 520, applying final zoning
<br /> district boundaries consistent with the final develoI~neut plan.
<br />
<br />4. Adoption of Resolution No. 69-I78, approv-!ng the ~ime ex~ension to March
<br /> 1970, for Tentative Tract Map No, 3004, Valley Trails.

<br /> It was moved by Councilman Rega and seconded by Councilman Beratlis that the
<br />appl~cation of Tele-Vue Systems be continued to the City Council meeting of
<br />~ugus~ 11, 1969.
