ROLL CALL City Clerk Helen r~cCarty called the roll which is recorded as follows: Councilmen Gerton, Pearson and Mayor Reid were present. Councilmen Beratlis and Spiliotopoulos were absent. ~r. Pales, City ~anager, Mr. Edgar, Assistant City r~ana~er, P~r. Hirst, City Attorney, and Campbell, Director of Public Works~ were present. ~'fr. Castro, Director of Planning was absent. AGENDA AMENDMENTS B~r. Fales requested that a proposed lease agreement with the Roman Catholic Bishop of Oakland to lease approximatel~ 10 acres of Catholic Church property on Bernal Avenue for sewage effluent purposes at $70.00 per month, be included on the Consent Calendar. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Councilman Pearson and seconded by Councilman Getton that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, be aDproved. a. Scheduling a Dublie hearin~ for July 13~ 1970 on the applica- tion of the Planning Commission to review and re-evaluate Section ?.102, "permitted and conditional uses" for the Community Commercial District. b. Adootion of Resolution No. ?0-1~5, Approving the lease between ~!r. Ro~ Kruse and the City of Pleasanton regardin~ the leas- in~ of land at Amador Valley Community Park. c. Scheduling a public orotest hearin~ for August 18, 1970, re~arding Annexation No. 65, Wyler-oerrM, Vineyard. Avenue. Adoption of Resolution No. 70-1~6~ ApproviD~ a lease between the Roman Catholic Bishop of Oakland and the City of Pleasanton regarding the leasing of approximately 10 acres of Catholic Church property on Bernal Avenue for sewage effluent m~rposes.
