CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Councilman Beratlis and seconded by Councilman ~p~liotopoulos that the followin~ items listed on the Consen~ Calendar, be approved: ao Approval of the City Council minutes for the meetings of May 4th, llth, 18th and 25th, 1970. b. Waivin~ the readin~ of Ordinance ~oo 60B, amending Section 2.103 (f), Ordinance No. 520, relatin~ to the side and rear yard requirements for set-backs on corner lots. c. Adoption of Ordinance No. 603. Adoption of Resolution No. 70-122, Acce~tin~ ~eters Avenue improvements and authorizing payment of $6,684.31 to Les McDonald Construction Company for said work. eo Adoption of Resolution No. 70-123, authorizing progress ment No. 1, in the amount of $14,897.18 to S & J Engineering Contractors for work completed on Black Avenue. fo Adoption of Resolution No. 70-124, authorizing progress ~ay- ment No. 7, in the amount of $29,351~58, to Armand & Smith Construction Company for work completed in the Amador Valley Community Park.
