Armstrong, 6384 Alvord Way, asked for an explanation of the Ordinance <br />restricting exposed campers on private property. <br /> <br />Mr. Hirst explained the Ordinance and Mr. Fales reported that letters are being sent <br />to people in violation of this ordinance, along with diagrams showing where campers <br />can be parked. <br /> <br />Mr. Armstrong stated that he felt that this ordinance was unconstitutional and that <br />he would investigate this matter further. <br /> <br /> <br />
