Adoption of the Proposed Municipal Code of the City Of Plea§~ton~ as embodied in <br />Ord. No..600, introduced on April 20~ ~.979. Thr~e copies .of Said_p;oDo~ed Munici~3~ <br />Code are avail~bXe for public inspection_in the offi~e..pf. the C~t3 ~le[k Mayor Reid declared the public hearing open. <br /> Mr. Hirst explained the procedure in adopting this ordinance. <br /> There being no public protests, it was moved by Councilman Beratlis and seconded <br />by Councilman Spiliotopoulos that the public hearing be closed. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Gerton, Pearson, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Gerton and seconded by Councilman Beratlis that <br />Ordinance No. 600, City of Pleasanton Municipal Code, be adopted by reference. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Gerton, Pearson, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> It was moved by Councilman Gerton ~nd seconded by Councilman Beratlis that the <br />reading of Ordinance No. 600, be waived. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Gerton, Pearson, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />Consideration of objections to the Abatement and re~oval of ~.~ds, rubbish o_r <br />refuse upon or in front of certain .properties"constituting a public nuisance <br /> Mr. Hirst requested that this public hearing be continued for one week. Road, have had regarding people trespassing from one property to another. <br />In hi~ letter, Mr. Johnson stated that he did not think that the Longview Tract <br />was large enough to include publicly dedicated trails. <br /> <br /> <br />
