Mr. Hirst explained the procedure in adopting this ordinance. There being no public protests, it was moved by Councilman Beratlis and seconded by Councilman Spiliotopoulos that the public hearing be closed. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Gerton, Pearson, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Reid NOES: None ABSENT: None It was moved by Councilman Gerton and seconded by Councilman Beratlis that Ordinance No. 600, City of Pleasanton Municipal Code, be adopted by reference. Road, have had regarding people trespassing from one property to another. In hi~ letter, Mr. Johnson stated that he did not think that the Longview Tract was large enough to include publicly dedicated trails.
