Mary Perry to pre-zone, pending a~ion, ~o the <br />RM-1500 (Multiple) DiStrict. fr.om the. exis~in~.A (A~ricultural) I~rict, t~gt pro~ <br />~e~ty.known as 3883 Vineyard Avenue, said property described as Parcel 2, Bloc~ <br /> .1699, Assessor's Map Book 946L.cc~taining a~prox. 3.56 acres <br /> Mayor Getton declared the public hearing open. <br /> Mr. Castro displayed a map of the area and reported that the Planning Commissio~ <br />unanimously approved the pre-zoning, pending annexation, from the Agricultural Dis- <br />trict to the RM-2500 District. <br /> Mr. Castro explained that the recommendation of the Planning Commission was <br />different from the application requesting zezoning to RM-1500. <br /> There being no public protest, it was moved by Councilman Reid and seconded by <br />Councilman Beratlis that the public hearing be closed. <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Reid, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Getton <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilman Rega <br /> <br /> In response to Councilman Reid's question, Mr. Castro stated that the General <br />Plan designation for this area was high-density multiples. <br /> Councilman Reid asked Mr. Mirst if the one-year waiting period for re-submittal <br />of the rezoning application would apply, should this request be denied.
