Mr. Ted Bogardus, 4491 Sandalwood Drive, inquired about the type of park <br /> "Shadow Cliffs" was to be. He stated his experience at Sunol Regional Park, and <br /> was advised that the two parks were entirely differently orientated. <br /> <br /> Mr. Bogardus also objected to the use of Police Patrolmen being used as <br /> couriers by delivering the agendas to Councilmen. <br /> Mayor Getton explained that these agendas were delivered by the Police Officers <br /> in the course of their normal patrol in the respective areas. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business at 11:30 P.M., it was moved by Councilman Rega <br /> and seconded by Councilman Beratlis that the meeting be adjourned to meet again <br /> in Adjourned Regular Session at 8:00 P.M., on March 16, 1970. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Rega, Reid, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Gerton <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> Respectfully submitted <br /> <br /> HELEN C.
