MEETING OPEN TO THE P~IBLIC <br /> Mr. Roger McLain, 1787 Beachwood, requested that the City Council provide the <br /> candidates for the forthcoming election ~th the same reports and information that <br /> is provided the Councilmen with their age~das. <br /> Mayor Getton instructed the staff to prepare these reports for the candidates <br /> to pick up at the Police Department. <br /> <br /> Mr. McLain also requested the Mayor to prohibit any "campaigning" by the incum- <br /> bents during the Council meeting excepting during discussion of Matters Initiated <br /> by Councilmen or when the meeting is Open to the Public.
