The Committee <br /> reported that there is such a handbook which was compiled by the Bay Area Council <br /> of Social Planning and the agencies in the Amador Valley could easily be inserted <br /> as a supplement. <br /> After some discussion, it was moved by Councilman Reid and seconded by Council- <br /> man Beratlis that the Community Concerns Committee be directed to solicit through <br /> the local newspapers, the services provided by any health and welfare agencies in <br /> the Amador Valley, to evaluate these services to determine any overlapping or break <br /> in continuity, and to compile a handbook, including any information from the hand- <br /> book compiled by the Bay Area Council of Social Planning that would be pertinent to <br /> the needs of this Valley, which would be made available to the public at the earliest <br /> possible date. <br /> The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Rags, Reid and Mayor Getton <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: Councilman Spiliotopoulos <br /> <br /> Report of the Communi.ty Concerns Committee Re: PropOsed Cq.mm~tte~.
