<br />CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE T.O FIAG
<br /> Mayor Bernard Getton called the Adjourned Regular meeting of the City Council
<br />to order at 8:00 P.M., and then led the pledge of allegiance to the flag.
<br />
<br />ROLL CALL
<br /> City Clerk Helen Mcearty called the roll which is recorded as follows:
<br />Councilmen Beratlis, Rega, Reid, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Getton were present.
<br />Mr. Fales, City Manager, Mr. Edgar, Assistant City Manager, Mr. Hirst, City
<br />Attorney, and Mr. Campbell, Director of Public Norks, were present. Mr. Castro,
<br />Director of Planning, was absent.

<br /> Therewere no amendments to the agenda.

<br />CONSENT CALENIRR
<br /> It was moved by Councilman Spiliotopoulos and seconded by Councilman Beratlis
<br />that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, be approved:
<br />
<br />a. Adoption of Resolution No. 70-1, designating Alameda County as the Coordinating
<br /> Agent for the TOPICS Program.
<br />
<br />b. Adoption of Resolution No. 70-2, accepting the Rose Avenue Improvements and
<br /> authorizing the final payment, less the retention payment, in the amount of
<br /> $516.55, to A. Teichert and Son, Incorporated.
<br />
<br />c. Adoption of Resolution No. 70-3, authorizing Progress Payment No. 6 to Gil
<br /> Construction Company, in the amount of $20,764.71, for the Santa Rita Pumping
<br /> Station project.
<br />
<br />d. Adoption of Resolution No. 70-4, authorizing progress Payment No. 2 to A. &
<br /> J. Shooter, Incorporated, in the amount of $10,800.00, for the pool construc-
<br /> tion in the Amador Valley Community Park Project.
<br />
<br />e. Adoption of Resolution No. 70-5, authorizing Progress Payment No. 2 to Armand
<br /> and Smith Construction Company, in the amount of $42,667.56, for the Amador
<br /> Valley Community Park project.
<br />
