Setting the public hearing for January 4, 1971 on the report of <br /> the Planning Commission regarding the application for final dev- <br /> elopment plan approval of PUD-69-7, a patio house development to <br /> be located on the southerly side of Hopyard Road, east of Tract <br /> No. 3048, and containing approximately 16 acres. <br /> <br /> g. Accepting the report of the Planning Commission regarding <br /> approval of Tentative Tract Map No. 3266, Norton Way-Condominium. <br /> <br /> h. Adoption of Resolution No. 70-237, accepting the public improve- <br /> ments in Loma Alta Park. <br /> <br /> i. Adoption of Resolution No. 70-238, authorizing Progress Payment <br /> No. 4, in the amount of $9,674.90, be paid to O.C. Jones and sons <br /> for work completed on Assessment District No. 70-1, Longview. <br /> <br /> j. Adoption of Resolution No. 70-234, authorizing the execution of <br /> quitclaim deeds to al'l remaining construction easements which <br /> were acquired in connection with the construction of improve- <br /> ments in the West Pleasanton Se~er Assessment District, includ- <br /> ing Freeway Industrial, Walter D. Briggs Estate, James A. and <br /> Hilda Merritt, and Castlewood Enterprises. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Gerton, Pearson, Spiliotopoulos and <br /> Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Consideration to Determine Whether p.ublic necessity, health, safety, <br />or welfare requires the formation of Underground Utility District <br />No. 71-1. <br /> <br />Mayor Reid declared the public hearing open. <br /> <br />Mr. Fales explained that this Utility District will place all existing <br />poles and wires underground from the intersection of Neal at Rose and <br />Main Street, southerly to the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way. <br /> <br />There being no protests, either written or oral, it was moved by <br />Councilman Gerton and seconded by Councilman Pearson that the public <br />hearing, be closed. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Gerto.n, Pearson, Spilio'topoulos and <br /> Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Gerton and seconded by Councilman Beratlis <br />that Resolution No. 70-239, establishing Underground Utility District <br />No. 71-1, be adopted. <br /> <br />The roll call vote was as follows: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Gerton, Pearson, SpiliotopouloS and <br /> Mayor Reid <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: D;one <br /> 2. 12-7-70 <br /> <br /> <br />
