It was moved by Councilman Pearson and seconded by Councilman Spiliotopoulos that the reading of Ordinance No, 615 amending Ordin- ance No. 520, rezoning from the P~.!-4000 District to the Public and Institutional District, that property located on the north side of Neal Street at the intersection of Neal and Thlrd Streets and cont- aining approximately 1.86 acres, be waived. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Beratlis, Gerton, Pearson, Splliotopoulos and Mayor Reid. NOES: None ABSENT: None Adoption of Ordinance No. 615 It was moved by Councilman Pearson and seconded by Councilman Spiliotopoulos that Ordinance No. 615, be adopted.
