Bou!ing explained that the $400 per unit is a ma:-:im~m cost and <br /> would include architects ' fees, site location and engin{:ering studies, <br /> in addition to several revie~;s. Mr. Bouling eLphasized the fact th'at <br /> the authorization for the loan does not corsair the City Council to <br /> any specific site for future eub!ic housing nor does it commit the <br /> City of Pleasanton to any reimbursement of the loan to :he Government. <br /> <br /> 4 10-5-70 <br /> <br /> <br />
