PLEDGE TO~ FLAG Mayor Robert~ Reid called 'lthe' Adjourned Regular meeting of the City Council to order at 8:00 P.M. and then led the pledge of allegiance to the flag. ROLL CALL City Clerk Helen McCarty called the roll which is recorded as follows: Councilmen ~Beratlis, Gerton, Pearson, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Reid were present. Mr. Fales, City Manager, Mr. Edgar, Assistant City Manager, Mr. Hirst, City Attorney, Mr. Campbell, Director of Public Works and Mr. Aiello, Acting Director of Planning, were present. ~AGENDA~AMENDMENTS Mr. Fales~stated that the representative for the Holly Sugar Company -- had requested that their.public hearing be held on July 12th rather than on June.21st, asindicated in item 'b' of the Consent Calendar. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Councilman Spiliotopoulos and seconded by Councilman Beratlis that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, be approved. a. Report on Summer Maintenance help for the Public Works Depart- ment. b. Setting the public hearing for July 12, 1971 on the report of the Planning Commission regarding Rezoning No. 71-4 regarding Planning Commissions approval of the rezoning of the Holly Sugar~property. c. Adoption oft Resolution No. 71-116, authorizing Progress Pay- ment. No.l, in the amount of $10,472.63, be paid to Floway Pumps, Incorporated, for the furnishing of a submersible 200 ~HPpump at Well No. 5. d. Adoption of ,Resolution No. 71-117, approving Residency Exhib- it for=Personnel'Rules. ....
