The Acting Director of Planning is requested to obtain ~ clari- <br /> fication from the Planning Commission regarding the two con- <br /> ditions imposed by the Planning Commission upon approval <br /> of the preliminary development plan, said conditions having <br /> to do with the time at v~hich park construction within the pro- <br /> posed development must commence and be completed, and the <br /> time when the construction of the northern portion of Valley <br /> Avenue extended (Kaiser Road) must be started and completed. <br /> <br /> 3.
