The City Attorney is requested to confirm ~.~hether or not the City may legally cease issuing building permits, if, in the judgement of the City, the capacity of the existing City se~.¢age treatment facility has been reached or will be reached in the near future. 2. The Acting Director of Planning is requested to obtain ~ clari- fication from the Planning Commission regarding the two con- ditions imposed by the Planning Commission upon approval of the preliminary development plan, said conditions having to do with the time at v~hich park construction within the pro- posed development must commence and be completed, and the time when the construction of the northern portion of Valley Avenue extended (Kaiser Road) must be started and completed. 3. The Acting Director of Planning is also requested to secure an analysis in writing from the Pleasanton School District re- garding their previously stated opinion that a school site will not be needed within the area of PUD No. 71-1, and their further indication that ultimately an elementary school con- structed northerly of f~ohr Avenue ~vill serve the subject area. Mr. Aiello revie,,~ed his report, dated ~4ay 14, 1971, and also Res- olution NO. 1089, adopted by the Planning Commission on ;Iay 11, 1971, x.~hich approved the modification of Dr. Ed:qard Schlies' request to rezone 5 acres from the Agricultural District to the Office District and approximately 10 acres to the Public and Institutional District. It was moved by Councilman Beratlis and seconded by Councilman Gerton that Ordinance No. 631, rezoning 5 acres from the Agricultur- al District to the Office District and approximately 10 acres from the Agricultural District to the Public and Institutional District, that property described as Parcel 4, Block 1151, Alameda County Assessor's Hap Book 946, containing approximately 15.69 acres and more co,,~nnonly known as the northeast corner of Santa P, ita Road and ~lohr Avenue, be introducted.
