IIirst, City Attorney, Mr. Campbell, Director of Public <br />Works and Mr. Aiello, Acting Director of Planning, ~,gere present. <br /> <br />AG~NDA AMENDI~:~NTS <br /> <br />There were no amendments to the agenda. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />It was moved by Councilman Spiliotopoulos and seconded by Councilman <br />Beratlis that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, be <br />approved. <br /> <br /> a. April, 1971 Claim Harrants in the amount of $127,275.23. <br /> <br /> b. Adoption of Resolution No. 71-106, accepting the improvements <br /> for r~4uir~.~ood Park, Phase I Construction and authorizing the <br /> final progress payment in the amount of $51,653.78 be paid to <br /> Economy Garden Supply Co. Inc. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Resolution ~]o. 71-107, accepting the improvements <br /> for Black Avenue, Project No. 71-1, and authorizing the filing <br /> of the Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> d. Adoption of Resolution No. 71-108, approving a quitclaim deed <br /> for a sewer easement from ~r. George Mills relating to the <br /> Vineyard Avenue Interceptor Sewer. <br /> <br /> e. Adoption of Resolution No. 71-109, approving an amendment to <br /> the agreement between the City and ?~isteria Lane regarding <br /> Completion of Public Improvements. <br /> <br /> f. Adoption of Resolution No. 71-110, establishing administrative <br /> costs in connection with the enforcement of abandoned vehicle <br /> ordinance. <br /> <br /> g. Setting the public hearing for June 7, 1971 on the appeal of <br /> Humble Oil Company from an adverse decision of the Planning <br /> Commission regarding a Conditional Use Permit, No. 71-10 for <br /> the construction and operation of an Enco Service Station. <br /> <br /> h. Adoption of Resolution No. 71-111, approving the specifica- <br /> tions and authorization to call for bids regarding the Munici- <br /> pal Commercial Insurance. <br /> <br /> <br />
