ROLL CALL City Clerk Helen McCarty called the roll which is recorded as follows: Councilmen Beratlis, Gerton, Pearson Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Reid · were present. Mr. Fales, City Manager, Mr. Edgar, Assistant City Manager, Mr. Hirst, City Attorney, and t.~r. Campbell, Director of Public ~orks, were present. Mr. Aiello, Acting DirectOr of Planning, was absent. AGENDA AMENDMF. NTS There were no amendments to the agenda. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Councilman Beratlis and seconded by Councilman Pearson that the following items listed on the ConSent Calendar, be approved: a. ¥~aiving of the reading of Ordinance ~]o. 627, amending Section 2-5.38, Article 3, Title II, Pleasanton Ordinance Code, regard- ing sideyard fencing aS it pertains to the street side of a corner lot. b. Adoption of Ordinance No. 627. c. Waiving of the reading of Ordinance No. 628, amending Section 2-7.08, Article 8. Title II, Pleasanton Ordinance Code, to add Furniture UpholStrey Shops as a Conditional Use in the Commun- ity Commercial District. d. Adoption of Ordinance No. 628. e. Adoption of Resolution No. 71-84, approving the "Time of Day Service Agreement" between the City of Pleasanton and the Pacific Telephone Company. f. Adoption of Resolution No. 71-85, approving the Final Map and Improvement Plans of Tract No. 3147, Arroyo Del Prado, Unit I-]o. 9. g. Adoption of Resolution No. 71-86, authorizing Progress Payment No. 5, in the amount of $15,956.85, be paid to O.C. Jones and sons for work completed in Assessment District No. 70-1, Long- view. h. Accepting the report of the Planning Commission regarding the approval of Tentative Tract Map No. 3102, Oakhill.
