Av~n'~e " Mr. Fales reviewed his report, dated April 5 1971 which outlined some , , seven suggestions regarding the traffic situation and pedestrian safety in crossing Valley Avenue in the vacinity of Harvest .Park School. Mrs. JOyce Le Claire, 2427 Raven Road, Mrs. Marilyn Neithammer, 5026 Blackbird Way and Mrs. Jndi Haney, 4916 Canary Drive, each spoke on the hazzards encountered by the school children crossing Valley Avenue. They agreed that the crossing guard, the portable school crossing s}~ns and traffic islands which have been installed have helped the pedest- rians, but the speed of the motorists on Valley Avenue continues to be a safety hazzard. 2. 4-12-71
