Adoption of Resolution No. 71-66, approving the Final Map and <br /> Improvement Plans for Tract No. 2573, Mission Park, Unit No. 5. <br /> <br /> b~ Adoption of Resolution No. 71-67, authorizing Progress Payment <br /> NO. 3, in the amount of $20,285.49, be paid to Economy Gardens <br /> Supply Company, for ~gork completed on Muirwood Park. <br /> <br /> c. Adoption of Resolution No. 71-68, approving the proposed Right- <br /> of-Way and Improvement Agreement with Alameda County regarding <br /> the undergrounding of utilities at the Veterans Memorial Build- <br /> ing at Main Street and Bernal Avenue. .' <br /> <br /> d.
