Rezone the property in accordance with the MaVor's proposed solution which has been agreed upon by R.F.D. 2. Rezone the property to RM-4000 which as been a~reen upon by the property owners. 3. Authorize negotiations to purchase the property. The prop- erty owners have already made an offer in this connection. 4. Devise another zoning solution for the property with or without the concurrence of both R.F.D. and the property owners.
