Rezone the property in accordance with the MaVor's proposed <br /> solution which has been agreed upon by R.F.D. <br /> <br /> 2. Rezone the property to RM-4000 which as been a~reen upon by <br /> the property owners. <br /> <br /> 3. Authorize negotiations to purchase the property. The prop- <br /> erty owners have already made an offer in this connection. <br /> <br /> 4. Devise another zoning solution for the property with or <br /> without the concurrence of both R.F.D. and the property <br /> owners. <br /> <br />Mr. Edgar also suggested that before reaching any conclusion on any <br />of the above alternatives or any other alternative, the City Coun- <br />cil, ask both the property owners and the representatives for R.F.Do <br />if they are still willing to negotiate with one another in order to <br /> <br /> 3. 11-22-71 <br /> <br /> <br />
