MI N UTE S of TtIE MEETING of TItE CITY COUNCIL Pleasanton, California November 15, 1971 CALL TO ORDER - PLEDGE TO THE FLAG Mayor Robert Reid called the ~djourned Regular Meeting of the City Council to order at 8:00 P.M. and then led the pledge of allegiance to the flag. ROLL CALL City Clerk Itelen McCarty called the roll which is recorded as follows: Councilmen Pearson, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Reid were present. Councilme.q Beratlis and Gerton* were absent. Mr. Edgar, City Manager, Mr. Hirst, City Attorney, Mr. Campbell, Director of Public l.~orks and Mr. Aiello, Senior Planner, were present. Mr. Castro, Director of Community Development, was absent. AGENDA Ar.~ENDMENTS Mr. Edgar asked that item "f", regarding a street name change in the Stoneridge Development, be added to the Consent Calendar. Mayor Reid stated that he had a request from Mr. Brian McOuade to speak immediately after approval of the Consent Calendar. CONSENT CALENDAR It was moved by Councilman Pearson and seconded by Councilman Spilio- topoulos that the following items listed on the Consent Calendar, be approved: a. The City Council Minutes for the month of October, 1971. b. Payment of Claims in the amount of $160,597.82, for the month of October, 1971. c. Adoption of Resolution No. 71-227, accepting a Grant Deed of Easement from Ralph and Claudia Juhl, Konrad and Elizabeth Rickenbach, Frank and ~.lma Auf der Maur to the City {or right- of-way and public utility purposes. d. Adoption of Resolution No. 71-228, apDroving the McDonnell Mobile Home Agreement. e. Adoption of Resolution No. 71-229, approvin~ the Final Map and Improvement Plans, Tract No. 3097, Vintage Hills, Unit No. 7. f. Adoption of Resolution No. 71-230, changing the name of Glen- brook Way to Glenbrook Court in Tract No. 3047, Stoneridge. The roll call vote was as follows: AYES: Councilmen Pearson, Spiliotopoulos and Mayor Reid NOES: None ABSENT: Councilmen Beratlis and Gerton * Councilman Gerton joined the meetin~ at 8:05 P.M.
